This accolade is a testament to Archana’s remarkable career and recognizes her ‘Distinguished Career Achievement’ along with her impactful contributions to our community.
Shakthi is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization with a primary focus on empowering women within the South Asian community residing in Greater Charlotte, North Carolina. Their mission is to offer unwavering support by connecting women with essential resources, fostering an understanding of their fundamental rights, including civic duties, and enhancing their overall quality of life. Shakthi is deeply committed to organizing community awareness events, fundraising initiatives for noble causes, and collaborating with local women’s organizations. Every year, they take great pride in acknowledging and celebrating women who have made a significant difference in various aspects of our community.
The award was presented at a distinguished event on October 7, 2023. Mrs. Jennifer Roberts, the former Mayor of Charlotte, bestowed this well-deserved honor upon Archana.
