The 2023 National Elementary K-6 Championship at Baltimore, MD, was a special event for us.
Our students Jethin Bastian, Murali Kongot and Imron Sukhratov gave us all at CHESS KLUB a BIG reason to smile.
Their performance at their first National level tournament was beyond outstanding. Jethin secured the 3rd place in the Blitz section while Murali scored a splendid 5 points across the 7 rounds he played in the Under – 500 category and Imron scored a brilliant 3.5 points out of 5 in his category.
Kudos to them and a hearty congratulations to their proud parents!!!
